[LI] File Creation & Modification Permission

Hi,
   
   Thanks u Mr. VaibhaV Sharma for providing information on
configuring Sendmail.
 
   Well, I now seem to have a different problem with the File creation
Permission, by default Linux assigns the permission in such a way that
only Owner/Creator of that file has "rwx" permission, while Group
members and Others have only "r" permission.

   I have two  requirement 

a. both the Owner/Creator and Group members should have full permission
on that file. This condition is to be met both while creating the file
or while it has been modified ( tried with umask, but it suffices only
for creation of the file, but when modified it returns back to default
).

b. When a file is being moved from one folder to another, it should
attain the permissions set in the destination folder.

Expecting solution.
