Re: [LI] Re Win on Linux



fat32 support has existed in the kernel since 2.0.32. The stock kernels that
ship with every distribution have vfat and fat32 support built in .
For Linux partitions, assuming ext2 , There was a vxd driver for read only
access under windows in the PCQ CD that brought RH5.2. For Access under NT ,
i remember having seen some guy from a collage in Pune (PICT) having written
a windows NT driver for ext2 support as a final year Engg project. ( It was
working perfectly when i last knew,it even won 1st prize at a Project
competition in , if i remember right ,february or March.) . Last i knew
about it, , it was supposed to be distributed free, so check out for it.
