[LI] Problem configuring my network card under Linux

I have a PII 400 / 64 MB RAM with a Compex RL 100 ATX network card. The
card is not being recognised by Linux (Red Hat 6.1). I have tried almost
all kernel modules for configuration of the card, but they do not seem to
be working. Please help. Thanks in advance. Please reply to  :
