This is absolutely possible. One can share the SWAP between different Linux
distro, why only this, One can even share it between Windows and Linux.
PLEASE PLEASE Checkout the HOWTOS BEFORE ASKING.

One can also share any other partitions across distros. 

However if one is trying to do this using VMWare or equivalent and RAWDISK
access check their documentation about it There are cases where it can be
dangerous.
