If you have true type fonts (What some people call "windows" fonts),
use the method documented at:

http://www.redhat.com/knowledgebase/newfontsystem/

to install them. Do xlsfonts to verify that they show up in the list.
Restart Netscape. Go to Edit->Preferences->Fonts. Select your favorite
font. Surf the web.

If you need to create docs with the above font, try yudit - a unicode
text editor.
