a) If you want a simple boot disk to boot into your linux partiton in the
harddisk then just do a 
	cat your_kernel_image_say_bzImage > /dev/fd0 

b) If you want a rescue disk with some tools in it Either you can use the Linux
On Floppy distributions like slrp or tomsrobot (I know I am wrong with the word
here).

Or  your distribution should also be having a script to do it verify I don't
remember now.

Theres also a HOWTO on creating BootDisks it makes InTeReStInG reading.
