       Sort of.... = lets you give the permissions absolutely, while
 - is relative. Eg.- Suppose your permissions are now "rwxrw-rw-",
and you give "chmod -x <filename>", the new ones are "rw-rw-rw-", but
with "=", you specify the new ones, ie. "chmod =x <filename>" makes
it "--x--x--x".
      In other words, "-" subtracts the give perm. from the present
permissions, while "=" directly specifies the new ones...
