[LI] S3 Trio3D AGP Probs ;-( and login.access

Hello Folks,
I have an S3 Trio3D Card ( 86C365 ) which
is working fine in Linux ( 1024x768 16 -Bit ).
I have configured it using XF86Setup. 
My Colleagues have the same card ( Well, not the
same maybe, it is 86C366 ) S3 Trio3D.
Now, 86C365 is present in the List whereas
86C366 is not. Can I use the same 86C365 for 
86C366 also ?? Also has anybody successfully
setup X-Server on S3 Trio3D ( 86C366) card ??
If so can you let me know the details.

Also, I would like to disable access to some
users temporarily and for that I assume I need
to configure /etc/login.access. Am I right ??
If not what is the correct procedure and 
can Anybody show a sample configuration file
of how to disable access to a user named
xsdny.
