[LI] Not able to configure X

Hi everybody,

I am quiet new to Linux.  I tried installing the latest version of
Redhat supplied by this month PCQ in my system.  I am having a PIII
machine with a Trident 3DImage card and Viewsonic E40 Monitor.  The
graphics mode installation didn't start so I went for the text mode and
completed the installation.  It is booting normally but the most
colorful X is not starting.  I tried using the setup, XF86Setup,
xf86Config and manually editing the XF86Config file.  The card is
detected but the monitor is not.  I don't know what mode line to use,
what dot clock to use etc etc.  In short I want a working
configuration.  Can any of the tech wizards out there help me out.
