[LI] Installing Network Card Driver

Can someone tell me where I can find a driver for D-Link 220 Network Card
for installing with Red Hat Linux 6.1 or with Caldera Linux 2.3? 

I have searched both Caldera & Red Hat & D-Link sites for the driver s/w
but could not find it.
