[LI] Partition Problem

I have a 4.3GB HDD. I want to have 2GB of Windoze95 in
my first partition and rest as LINUX. Windoze95 got
installed fine. But when I install linux, in the end
of the installation it gives
      "Unable to load in the BOOT LOader ......."

But when I make a 500MB partition and load windoze it
works out fine. Someone said that it has something to
do with 1023 sectors/cylinders. 

How can I overcome my problem??
