For (1) I use the bounce feature present in many mailers, including
the one I use, Xemacs.  A similar feature exists in Elm, I don't know
about other mailers.  For (2) I use the SuperCite library, again in
Xemacs (it's Emacs-specific).

For (3)... hmm...  Here are the 3 easy steps:

1.  Send me lots of money

2.  Sit at my feet for a week and absorb the wisdom that comes through 
*erhm* *cough* *cough* *lots of pollution in Delhi, y'know?*

3.  Go to (1).

BTW, just for clarification, I do /not/ consider either Re. 1 or
Rs. 99  ``lots of money''.  Move up a few orders of magnitude and
maybe we can talk :-)
