Go to the server and press the POWER button!!!!
(JUS KIDDIN and PLZ Dont Do It)
If root has given you the privileges to halt the system, only then you can
remote  HALT the system. In fact the Ctrl-Alt-Del combo on the server will
also work if root hasnt blocked that.
