RE: [LI] which sound card?
Hi guys..
I have an Opti 16 bit PCI sound card... which is autodetected by the
system...
the sound card works well on .wav, .midi, .mod files.... but when I play
MP3 files it is horrible.... it does not play it smoothly... it skips
portions of the song...
all I hear is some abrupt sounds...
I feel it is not able to keep up with the speed...
I don't know if it is because of the sound card or because of my system
CPU. or the software...
I have a 486DX4 100MHz (PCI)
16MB RAM
any help on this will be greatly appreciated...
thanks in advance
