[LI] web publishing

Hi everybody,

I have created my web page at 

http://personal.vsnl.com/rajeshfowkar

How should I transfer my HTML and picture files to the above site ?
I have compiled xsitecopy. But it asks me the directory on my host where
the file should be copied. Which directory name should I give ?

It expects atleast ~/ i.e. home directory to be mentioned. But when I type ~/
it still aborts giving some error.

Can anybody help me please.
