Now that linux is such a success, we will have to create a good
development platform for it so that developers can deliver more
software for linux. An effort towards developing a IDE akin to MS VC++
should be started in india. If we can make it mainstream development
envi. I am sure much more developers will put in their efforts to
deliver more s/w for linux. Now that MainWin is up with Win32 API , it
would be a nice idea to write LFC too (Linux foundation
Classes). I know this is a very major effort, but it should be possible
if we can unite good programmers having internet access. Any one
feeling the thrust?
