[LI] proxy -proxy

i have installed squid on linux 5.2( i will call it squid1) with firewall and all.
the caching is really good.
i want this proxy server to fetch information not directly from the www but from another proxy( i call it proxy 2) which is on the same network as of the other Proxy and which is again Linux 5.2 with Squid proxy. 
i want to use squid1 as  a firewall basically , i do not mind if i have to lose  the caching effect from squid1 but i want to use the caching of
squid2 at any cost.
just to make it more clear following is the details of the network

squid1 ip : 207.34.456.12 (eht0)  192.168.1.1 (eth1)
squid2 ip:  207.34.456.14
i want a client 192.168.1.5  who is behind 207.34.456.12 to use squid2 i.e. 207.34.456.14 to go to 0.0.0.0/0

any body can help
