[LI] problem of internet configuration

Let me enlighten you guys on this modem stuff.. It seems that _most_
internal modems are built for windows only, and with some research, I
have come to the conclusion that if your internal modem runs on >COM3,
then you simply can't run em in linux. 

I have a Motorola 56K Voicesurfr, it runs on COM5, and linux just won;t
use it!!
