[LI] Problem with DHCP

I have a linux server and a number of windows95
clients. I want to configure DHCP in the server for 
the win95 clients. I installed the DHCP from the CD
following the CD documents. When I run DHCP using the
command "dhcpd -d -f", I get the following
message(error). 

"Address range 204.254.239.10 to 204.254.239.20 not on
net 204.254.239.32/255.255.255.224! existing.

I also want to give the IP address range from
192.168.0.20 to 192.168.0.60. How???
