[LI] NFSD error

I am using RHL 6.0 and knfsd-1.2.2-4. Last 2 days I am getting error nfssvc:
Address already is use on startup of nfsd on one of the box. It is working
on another one. I am taking online backups from one to another through cron.

I have tried stoping & restarting quite a few times & also reinstalled the
software. Nothing helped.

Can anybody help.
