from /usr/src/linux/Documentation/devices.txt
<quote>

108 char Device independent PPP interface
                0 = /dev/ppp          Device independent PPP interface

</qoute>

So char major 108, minor 0 is /dev/ppp. But I don't have /dev/ppp !!
What is /dev/ppp used for? Any ideas?
