How about showing multiple window managers running on the same machine
on different displays. It will showcase the ... (well, you know what).
Another thing that nobody has touched upon is the client-server
architecture of X server e.g. showing xfstt running on a machine and
it's fonts being used on another machine. Well, the first point is
also an example of this. It will show the use of ttf fonts also.
Let's not forget Samba with applications like LinNeighborhood.
It's very very important especially in an office environment.
Can we get hold of a printer??
