X-Loop is a common way of ensuring that you don't have mail-loop
explosions (which, on a Richter scale of 1-10, usually get rated as a
5972031 or higher ;-)

Basically, once Majordomo sends out a message, it tags this header onto
the message. If, for some reason, the message gets fed back to majordomo,
it can recognise from this header that it has already seen and sent this
message, and hence it will not feed it back into the list stream (which
would cause a loop).
