Thank you .
I found ne2000 in /proc/pci. And telnet , ping, ftp are working fine
with other servers. I have connected 4 servers in network (2 sco
servers, 1 windows 95, 1 linux server).
In /etc/conf.modules two lines are there. If I disable these lines
and boot, the modem is working fine.
If not disable, modem is connecting to vsnl server. But can't able to
goto sites (even hotmail.com also).
