No hesitation in recommending an ATI Rage II based card , with
8 MB , cost Rs 2200 approx in Hyderabad. Autodetected by RH 5.2
with PCQ enhancements (XFree 3.3.3.1) , or on RH 6.0. Runs 
beautifully.

Personally, I did not have any probs with cheapo Trident 9750 or
9850 based cards , or SiS 6326 card, but the performance is rather
poor. Of course, none of the above can hold a candle to my Matrox!
