[LI] Linux partition as CD drive

Hi all
I have slightly windoish problem.
On my 4.3 gb hard disk has window + rh5.2 + debian2.1 on three different
partition.
The stupid window (95) is treating debian partition as CD rom drive and
gets stuck up whenever i try to write a file.
The fdisk of window does not show that partition.
How do i convince window that debian partition is not a cd rom ?
