[LI] Sendmail vs. MS Exchg

hi,

I am trying to convince people in my college to go in for sendmail+linux. 
I need some info fast regarding why/how sendmail+Linux is better than MS
Exchg servers + NT based on your experience. Details like uptime, 
features, etc would help. Also if you are a "corporate" user of
sendmail+linux just that fact, along with why your org chose it (other
than costs), would be helpful.
