[LI] Diagnostic utility for Linux

Hi All,

        Is there any diagnostic utility in Linux which will diagnose a
graphics card. My i740 card is giving me trouble in Win 98 as well. When
ever I change the resolution for any colour palette it gives me a fatal
exception error.
