Hi, 
Few days back I posted a query on IVRS (Interactive Voice Response
System)
Then I searched the net and finally settled down to following.
Now I am using vgetty (ver 1.20 ) and some perl script. The system uses
standard voice modem and does not require any special card. In fact the
vgetty has complete answering machine built in to it.
I am also trying to interface it with postgress so that whole system can
be used for dial-in-banking.
