Hi ,
You can edit the lynx configuration file residing
in /etc/lynx.cfg . Or you can invoke lynx with ur own cfg.
example : lynx -cfg=/home/xya/lynx.cfg
vi /etc/lynx.cfg
set appropriately ....
http_proxy:http://some.server.dom:port/
