Hi again,
I found the problem. There was a bios setting to enable of disable
memory hole at 14-16 MB RAM. When I enabled it the installation went well.
What is the relation with this and installation ?

Anyway for RH6.0 to use full 128MB RAM one has to disable this
option. As pointed out by many. (Enabling this option linux only recognised
14 MB of RAM in my system).
