[Linux-India] dynamic NAT

Hi,
Is there any package / patch available for Dynamic NAT on Linux ?

I've tried 2.2.4-2 patch for static NAT and masquerading for 2.2.10
already. My objective is to translate 198.168.0.0 onto a Class C address
dynamically. 

Any pointers would be a great help.
