[Linux-India] [Administrative] LI Posts Now With Prefixes...

Some of you have pointed out the need for prepending a string to the Subject
line on the posts to this mailing list.  I have just configured majordomo
to add '[Linux-India]' to the Subject line.

This change was requested by people using Outlook Express because it seems
that OE does not give many options with mail filters.
