Difference between RH & Mandrake Distributions

Hi,

What are the differences between  RedHat and Mandrake distributions of
linux ?
The Mandrake website does mention that some functionality will be lost
if some of the Mandrake packages are replaced by RedHat packages but
does not mention what  these packages are.

Any ideas ?
