Use a crossover cable , as described below....
Ethernet RJ45 Socket 10baseT
Pin No. Description. Color
1 TX + White w/Orange
2 TX - Orange
3 RX + White w/Green
4 Blue
5 White w/Blue
6 RX - Green
7 White w/Brown
8 Brown
(Only 1, 2, 3, 6 are actually needed).
For an ordinary cable, use the same
connections as above on both ends.
For crossover cable , one side is
as above, the other side has -
Pin No. Description. Color
1 TX + White w/Green (Connected to RX + of above)
2 TX - Green (Connected to RX - of above)
3 RX + White w/Orange (Connected to TX + of above)
4 Blue
5 White w/Blue
6 RX - Orange (Connected to TX - of above)
7 White w/Brown
8 Brown
