UUCP from VSNL

Hi All,
We are running our Email system through UUCP account at Calcutta.
We are paying large amount of STD bills(around Rs.10,000 per
month) to have only email facility. Recently we
have got a VSNL account at Guwahati.
Now is it possible to access
our UUCP account at Calcutta, from our VSNL accont at Guwahati ?
We are using RedHat Linux 5.0, and we call our UUCP node using
uucico.
Please help.
