Remote booting...

Hello all,
We have a network running on NT. We would like to allow for a dual boot
option so ppl can use what they want to--linux or nt (what the choice will
be is anybodys guess ;-) ). But Linux will have to be remotely booted and
will have to run as diskless clients.(well maybe not perfecly diskless ..we
can afford  small 2-3 Mb partition) Can somebody please explain in detail
how this can be achieved ..please dont ask me to fiddle with the ROM as it
is just not possible right now!
