win98 install vs linux install

I have been following the thread on making linux install easier.
believe me its easier than win98.
messed up my dual boot win/linux bos yesterday and ahd to set it up again
today. it took 32 unattended minutes to set up the linux box with total
control over the install while win98 took 117 minutes of attended install
with moments of blank screens and thumping heartbeats. give me linux anyday.
BTW, envious of those who have shifted to linux entirely. thats my goal too.
hopefully by the end of this fortnight.
