Re: XF86Config



March issue of PCQ had RedHat 5.2 which contains XFree86-3.3.2 while you
need XFree86-3.3.3 for Trident 3DImage 975.
You can get the updates for XFree86 in that cd itself (directions included).
Now try Xconfigurator (this should also get updated if you follow PCQ's
directions) and select SuperVGA 1024x768@60Hz.
And yes, don't trust Monitor manufacturers.  They lie to sell.
Try with safe values to get things up and running first, then go for
adventures ;-)
