I have installed two lancard  first was ISA second was PCI ,

/etc/conf.modules
alias eth0  ne
alias eth1 ne
options eth0 io=0xXXX  irq=YY

===========================

i/p for eth0 192.0.0.12  255.255.255.0
i/p for eth1 192.0.0.01  255.0.0.0
