For all those who found problems with netscape and hotmail....i think here
is the solution :-)

But there is a catch...i use this thru a proxy...i am not sure how this
will work for dial up users.

Goto Edit -> Preferences -> Advanced -> Proxy -> Manual config -> View

In the security option give the IP address of your proxy server and its
port and voila i could access hotmail.

Previously the scenario was that it could not find some server called
'lc1.law2......'
