Hi Rana,

		I got Linux 5.2 up 'n working on Celeron 333 overclocked at 375. It's
working fine and we are running a gateway for Internet on that machine
witha  windows client.

		I think you have problem in the motherboard. Try elsewhere on another
celeron and reply.
