Hello,
When I use Xwindows (KDE, kppp) to connect to the internet, proxy access
from windows 98 clients is okay. But I cannot access any web pages (thro'
netscape) from my linux server. I have also successfully connected without
Xwindows from the information in PPP-HOWTO (using minicom and named). I can
ping and telnet raw addresses from my linux server and from my win 98
clients. However I cannot access web pages. I suspect that the DNS setting
is somehow wrong. Using DNS-HOWTO I tried many things like editing
/etc/resolv.conf etc. But so far no success.
I use pcq-cd 5.2 version red hat.
