VLSM SUPPORT?

Does Linux understand VLSM (Variable length Subnet Masking)?

I am trying to use this "box" as a router. But, I want to integrate this
"linux box" with a Cisco 2500 series router. On the router's interface I
have incorporated VLSM to save IP addresses.

I would like to know if Linux understands VLSM?

If it does, then I can afford to use legal addresses.

Sriram
