isdn TA - dial in ?

Can I setup ISDN TA to receive data connections from normal 33.6 or 56k
modem?  I am using one anolog port of ISDN TA (there are 2 analog lines
given by DoT) and a seperate modem to receive data connections from
outside.  It is working fine.  But I just thought if it is possible to
setup mgetty to 'hear' for calls on the serial port on which the ISDN TA
is hooked to. Any suggestions? Ideas?
