gcc in CHIP linux special

Can anybody tell me where gcc rpm is in CHIP publisher's edition?
I couldn't find gcc*.rpm in any of the CDs that they have distributed
along with the linux special.
I have currently downgraded my machine to PCQ RHL 5.2
