Hi Madhu,

mesa-libs is available on Chip Special CD 2 as well as PC QUEST June 99 CD.
Wine is present on Chip Special CD 2 and PC QUEST April or May 99 issue I don't
exacly remember. Please check it out on www.pcquest.com
