How to use a 2.1GB HDD with 486DX

Hi all
I have a old 486 DX PC, I have configured it as a web, file, print,
authorisation, etc server on a 340MB HDD. now I have got a 2.1GB HDD but as
my computer doesnot support LBA mode, How do I use it under LINUX. I know
that I can use it in DOS using a software Known as EZ.
    Help me out as I have to use this 2.1GB HDD as the older HDD is
Insufficient for my works on linux.
