Well, I have the following on my desk and everything is working
flawlessly  under Debian 2.1 -

	P III 500 Mhz
	TNT-Riva 16 MB on board Video card
	3c905 100 Mbps ethernet card
	IBM 10.4 GB disk
	Creative PCI sound card
	SONY Trinitron 200ES monitor.
