HCL linux support?

Hello all,
I guess some time back thee was a mail saying that HCL is providing online
support for Linux? Since my mchine which i purchased from HCL has hardly
anythg that works smoothly with Linux can somebody give me the phone no. of
HCL? I called up their geneal online support no. but the lady there was
asking me What is Linux?
